- Jenna Bellec - Accounts Payable Administrator
Jenna is the Accounts Payable Administrator. She comes to us from our local vendor, Falmouth Lumber, where she worked for the last 14 years. She has worked in all areas of the business, but primarily in the Accounts Payable Department. She loves working with numbers and making sure all is in order at work, although her home life can sometimes be chaotic!
Jenna grew up in Sandwich on the Cape, and then moved away to Paris, France. She went to school for business/sports management in Paris and ended up staying for 13 years. Jenna can speak French fluently and cook amazing French meals. The things she misses most from France is the wine, the daily bakery runs, and the weekend open markets.
Jenna’s chaotic home life includes two college sons whom she is very proud of and her two boxers, Beckham and Bella. They all keep her on her toes running. She loves exploring the outdoors and has been hiking many trails the past few years from New Hampshire to Pennsylvania. The hardest one yet, part of Mount Katahdin in Maine, proved to be painful for days afterwards! Jenna also enjoys gardening and is an avid reader whenever her dogs and sons give her a few spare minutes.

He has over 28 years of experience from frame to finish in both residential to commercial projects and recently received the 2021 BRICC award for Outstanding Project Manager by the Home Builders and Remodelers Association of Cape Cod for his work managing our construction division. It has been Nick’s dedication, resourcefulness, and intuitiveness to find solutions and resources that maintain our construction momentum for homes under construction and also for providing great customer service to our homeowners. Nick has been hands-on in all areas of development, wearing many hats on a day to day basis. His adaptability started at a young age while working in his family’s business, Scenic Art Studios, a theatrical supply company, that was started by his grandfather in 1920 and still run by his father today. As a young man, he was blessed with the skill set of thinking in creative ways to design and build show sets, while also instilling a desire for excellence in his work. From there his passion went into home building, and it is this instilled sense of quality, backed by a depth of knowledge that has played a central role in his successful career. He takes great pride in the dozens of custom luxury homes he has built from Wellesley to throughout the South Shore, to now New Seabury. Nick enjoys playing golf and using his down time rebuilding cars and motorcycles.

- Priscilla Hapeman - Interior Designer - Design Selections Manager
Recruited by New Seabury in 2015, Priscilla’s career began at the Design Center, where her passion for all things home flourished.
Priscilla's design/build perspective is influenced by each client's lifestyle needs and understanding how they will use a space. She believes the essence of a well-designed space comes to life when it responds holistically to the person, place, and setting. It is the visual and emotional expression of the dweller, the image they wish to portray to the world. With these factors deliberately considered, enduringly harmonious, livable spaces are born. Priscilla knows your home is more than just an abode; your home is an extension of you. It is where you spend the most important moments of your life, moments that become cherished memories.
After four years in our Design Group, Priscilla held roles as Project Coordinator and then Associate Project Manager. In 2021, Priscilla rejoined the Design Group as Design Selections Manager.
Priscilla received her interior design training from the accredited New York Institute of Art & Design, during that time she proudly volunteered her design services for a renovation project at Children's Cove on Cape Cod.
Priscilla is a member of the American Society of Interior Designers, the Designer's Lighting Forum of New England, and the Benjamin Moore Advisory Board. She holds a Certified Aging in Place Specialist designation from the National Association of Home Builders and is a licensed Massachusetts real estate agent.

In 2007, after marrying her high school sweetheart, Jen relocated to southern California as a proud military spouse, where she currently supports her husband's endeavors in the U.S. Navy Seabees. Through the years, she has continued to work remotely with New Seabury in different capacities and on various in-house designs; she now works closely with the Selections Coordinator to create all individual home specific plans including, but not limited to, framing, finished lower levels, rough plumbing, electrical, kitchen/bath/built-in designs, flooring and tile elevations. Jennifer is an Allied Member of the American Society of Interior Designers and member of the National Kitchen and Bath Association.
Born and raised in Falmouth, Jennifer now resides in Ventura County, CA with her husband of 14 years, two children and golden retriever. In addition to spending time with her family, Jen enjoys traveling, hiking/camping, antiquing, baking and photography. What she misses most about Cape Cod life is the seafood (especially Popponesset's lobster roll), warm ocean water and sunsets at Chapoquoit Beach. Although forever a New Englander at heart, she has become accustomed to spending time outside in shorts and sandals during SoCal "winters", and gladly lets her east coast colleagues know it. She is looking forward to moving back to the Cape with her family, after retiring from military life.
